What is the Dress Code?

Our wedding dress code is Formal Summer Chic — and the more color, the better! We’re envisioning joyful, vibrant, elevated summer style: bold hues, florals, and polished fabrics that feel both festive and refined. Please, no jeans, shorts, or casual sandals.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by Friday, May 22nd. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you won’t be attending. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What is the Dress Code for the Rehearsal?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested for both the rehearsal dinner and welcome party! Following the rehearsal dinner, we’ll be hosting a welcome party for all guests. Those attending the rehearsal will transition straight to the celebration, and we warmly invite everyone else to join us there to start the wedding weekend together.

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests formally invited. If you received a plus-one, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP. Thanks for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 1 PM. Please plan to arrive around 12:30 to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in.

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones, but to keep things intimate, we’re only inviting the children we’ve named on your invitation. Thanks for understanding!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors! It's the middle of July we don't want anyone melting!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that you put away your phones and cameras during the ceremony to be fully present. But don’t worry—after the ceremony, feel free to snap away!

Please reach out to the bride or groom with any allergy related concerns or requests.

Where should we park?

There are designated parking lots at both the church and country club with plenty of spots on property!

What do we do between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

Everyone is welcome to a pre-cocktail cocktail hour at Sara's parents' house! If that’s not your vibe, feel free to freshen up or explore Fort Smith—whether it's browsing local shops or grabbing a drink, we've listed some of our favorite spots on the website!

Will there be a bar?

We’ll have beer, wine, seltzers and three signature cocktails available. Come thirsty!

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious fajita bar during the reception. Enjoy!
