Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm MST. We recommend you arrive 15-20 minutes in advance to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This will be an adults-only event with the exception of select children. If your children are not listed on your invitation, please find a sitter, bring your dancing shoes, and enjoy a date night out with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love to include everyone but due to limited space, only guests who receive a plus one on their invitation can bring a guest. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We've included a dedicated space on your RSVP where you can share any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking available on-site. Cars can be left overnight but must be picked up by no later than 10am the following morning. There will be a free shuttle service available for those staying at the hotel in Loveland or decide to park their vehicles near the hotel.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, house cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us! We will be supplying the alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy, you are not allowed to bring in outside beverages onto the premises. Cash tips for the bartenders are appreciated!

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a room block at TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Loveland. Please reference the Travel tab for more information.
