Marriage has a nice ring to it. We can't wait to celebrate ours with you!

Who knew puppy love would turn into forever. We met in high school through our mutual best friend Atinerus. I (Kadijah) was on "Myspace" with Atinerus as she was showing me pictures of her friends at her school. She showed me a picture of Dominique and I said " who's that? he's cute". Fast forward to a few days later, she told him what I said, showed him my picture and of course he was interested. He slid in my DM's, got my phone number and we've been inseparable since!

We traveled to Dominican Republic to celebrate our friends 30th Birthday. On the last night of the trip, I was feeling tired and went to the room to lay down while Dominique spent time with our friends. We had a unopened bottle of Moet and Dominique offered for us to go to the beach and "pop the bottle". I initially declined then began to feel bad since he made a great suggestion. We got to the Beach, opened the bottle and began to reflect on what we want for our future. I told him I just want to get married and have kids. He then said " You say you want to get married, well I got you a gift". He pulled out the box, got down on one knee and asked for my hand in marriage! He certainly caught me off guard because I was not expecting it at all.
