In early 2024 we officially met the old fashioned way...on Hinge. Right away, it already felt like we’d known each other forever. Our lives had overlapped in small ways for years through mutual friends, living in the same town, and moments that almost brought us together, but somehow, we never actually met until the timing was just right. When we finally matched, everything just clicked. We were inseparable from the very beginning. What started as a simple swipe turned into something that feels like it was always meant to be.

For our "babymoon", we headed up to Bellaire, Michigan. After arriving, we spent the afternoon sightseeing and exploring. A very pregnant Izzie was exhausted from all the walking, but Dustin somehow convinced her to make one last stop before sunset. Out of breath and a very worn out, she had no idea what was about to happen. On top of a hill overlooking the Shanty Creek Resort property, Dustin got down on one knee and proposed with her dream ring! It was so perfect, unforgettable moment to start the next chapter of our lives together.
