Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

RSVP by January 15, 2020

Question

What is the dress code/attire?

Answer

ATTIRE: Cocktail...and wear your dancing shoes!! Women: cocktail/party dresses or dressy jumpsuits. Men: Suits or dark blazer with slacks/jeans NOTE: If you are trying to avoid looking like one of the bridesmaids (ha!), our wedding colors are antique rose, ivory, and gold.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

See the "ACCOMMODATIONS" tab at the top of this website.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please reference the addressees on your invitation envelope, which should indicate "AND GUEST" or "AND FAMILY" as appropriate. If someone is missing, please let us know ASAP!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please reference the addressees on your invitation envelope. Although we love ALL of your little ones, we didn't include "AND FAMILY" on every invitation since we were hoping to keep the "kid chaos" under control, but PLEASE LET US KNOW if that is a determining factor on whether or not you will be able to attend because we can add children as necessary. (FYI: If you end up opting to bring your child(ren), they won't be the only kids there since there will be quite a few little cousins present, so we can certainly add your little munchkins to the mix if needed...just let us know!)

Question

Parking? Transportation?

Answer

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception? Yes. There is ample parking at both the ceremony and reception. Will there be transportation to-and-from hotels to reception? Yes! We will have buses going to-and-from the 2 hotels closest to the venue (Holiday Inn Express and Best Western in Schulenburg) starting at 3:15pm through midnight.

Question

What is the wedding event timeline?

Answer

**Click on "EVENTS" tab for complete details** 2:00 PM: Wedding Ceremony 3:00-5:00 PM: Cocktails & Hors d'oeuvres 5:00 PM: Reception & Dinner 7:45 PM: Grand March 8:00-11:30 PM: Dancing & Celebration NOTE REGARDING END-OF-NIGHT SEND OFF: We will not have a formal "send off" at the end of the night. Therefore, if anyone is not staying over night on Saturday and needs to get back to Houston/Austin/San Antonio, please note that most of the wedding pomp and circumstance will be over by ~8:30pm...then it will be PARTY TIME UNTIL AROUND MIDNIGHT!! And while we hope you'll stick around for the whole evening of celebration and dancing, we understand that some guests will need to head back home, so we will enjoy your company for however long you're able to join us!
