Are vaccinations and / or a negative COVID test required to attend your wedding?

Answer

Yes. To ensure our guests safety and comfort level, we are requiring all guest to either be fully vaccinated or provide a negative COVID test within 48 hours of the wedding celebration. We will not be checking vaccination cards / COVID test results at the door, but will instead reach out to guests individually if we do not know your vaccination status. We appreciate your flexibility to allow us to have a fun and safe (and long time coming) wedding celebration!

How Do I Get To the Wedding?

Answer

We recommend taking an Uber or Lyft to the wedding to ensure a fun and safe evening! If you are driving, street parking is available in Longmont.

Will the ceremony or reception be outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are indoors and at the same venue. There is a small outdoor area available during cocktail hour assuming the weather allows!

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding is cocktail attire. Suits and cocktail dresses are appropriate!

Is there a break between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

No - cocktail hour will be immediately after the ceremony and at the same venue.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes - all food will be clearly marked with dietary details! Most options will be gluten free.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly
