Yes, for a formal wedding guests can expect an elegant atmosphere. Ladies, select a floor length gown or select a slightly shorter dress that hits below the knee. Gentleman, opt for a suit with a tie.

Where should guests stay?

Answer

We recommend that guests stay at The Mosey Buffalo Williamsville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton or Hyatt Place Buffalo/Amherst, both conveniently located on Main Street in Williamsville. These hotels offer comfortable accommodations and are just a short drive from our wedding events, as well as local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Both hotels are centrally located with easy access to Buffalo and Niagara Falls, making them great options for your stay. We have a reserved room block at both hotels. The booking deadline is July 1st 2026 for the Hyatt Place Buffalo/Amherst. The booking deadline is June 26th 2026 for The Mosey Buffalo Williamsville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton.

Yes, parking is available on site at Niagara Falls Country Club.

Is there parking available at the church?

Yes, there is parking available at Christ the King Church in the parking lot and street parking if the parking lot is full.

What time should guest arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM at Christ the King Church, so please arrive no later then 1:50 PM.

What time does the cocktail hour/reception begin?

Answer

The cocktail hour begins at 6:00 PM and the reception starts at 7:00 PM.

Is valet parking available at the reception?

Please note that valet service will not be available at the reception venue. Guests are kindly asked to use the on-site or nearby self-parking options.

Is rideshare available at Niagara Falls Country Club?

Answer

For your convenience, ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area for transportation to and from the reception.
