Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

All of the hotels listed on our travel page of the website are located close to the venue but there are many other options in the area.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Zola for cash funds and Amazon for our gift registry.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be the main celebration, and we’re so excited to have you there! There are a few smaller gatherings around the wedding, but due to space limitations, they are by invitation only. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you on the big day!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

As of right now, our food is being catered by Hotel Bellwether. As we plan with them closer to the date of the event, we can share more information. If your dietary restrictions include peanut or tree nut allergies, Alyssa has these and has made sure the venue can accommodate. As for desserts we are trying to do the same with allergy concerns and will be working to make sure that they are peanut and tree nut free as well. Keep looking at this site for updates for anything that does not have a definite answer.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a free parking garage underneath the hotel and local businesses which everyone can park in. Those staying at Hotel Bellwether will have access to the private part of the garage. The hotel has also informed us that even though there is a time limit for the free parking it is not enforced by the city or the hotel. So when guests arrive they can just park in the garage without worry of being towed away.
