We recommend taking the Providence/Stoughton line train on the MBTA Commuter Rail from Canton Junction or Canton Center into Back Bay or South Station. Train schedule: https://www.mbta.com/schedules/CR-Providence/timetable
This is an amazing way to see & learn about the historic city of Boston! There are 3 locations you can start the duck tour from: The Aquarium is the ideal starting location if you train into South Station. The Prudential Center is the ideal starting location if you train into Back Bay.
Tip: You can see the seal exhibit from the outside without having to purchase a ticket! You can easily walk here from South Station.
You can purchase tickets for a tour of the museum. You can also go in the gift shop & Abigail's tea room for free (we recommend going to Abigail's tea room and trying the 5 teas thrown overboard at the Boston Tea Party!)
The Red Sox are out of town this weekend (unfortunately), but have a home game Monday, August 31st if you are sticking around. You could also take a tour of the stadium in lieu of seeing a game.
This is a high ropes obstacle course & zip lining
The Savanna Bananas are playing at Gillette (New England Patriot's stadium) on Friday, August 28th! Would be a great thing to do if you are in town the night before! Tickets can be purchased on Ticketmaster.
