If you have a few hours, taking a ferry out to the Channel Islands is really worth it. Beautiful scenery, wildlife, and just being on the water is so refreshing. They also do whale watching tours.

Perfect for a morning or evening stroll. The sand and ocean views are relaxing, and it’s an easy way to get some fresh air without leaving town
