Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

All RSVPs need to be received by July 31st, 2023. Formal invitations with further details will be mailed out by April 2023.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered right here on Zola. Please click our Registry tab and you will see a variety of group gifts that you can contribute to. We also welcome gifts and cards at the wedding. Thank you in advance for considering a gift.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start PROMPTLY at 5pm. We recommend you arrive 30 minutes early to get through Friday evening traffic and find a good seat ;-). No worries, our DJ will be there early to entertain early arrivals. Once the ceremony begins at 5pm, late guests will be asked to wait to be seated by a hostess.

Can I bring a date?

Unless it is indicated on your invitation as a plus one, we cannot accommodate a date.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, we do not have the space for children. Book a sitter and think of this as a well-deserved night out.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know if you have an allergy or if you prefer a vegetarian option by July 31st.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, when you enter the gates of Westfields, you will have ample parking to the left. Please park there and walk to the ceremony area straight ahead under the pavilion. The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception are all located on the Westfields property.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We are requesting formal attire for our special night. Black is preferred but not required.

Is this an open bar wedding?

Answer

YES! Open bar all night. We want our guests to make it home safely so please plan ahead for a designated driver. We can't wait to see you all.
