What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving about 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony (4pm) to make sure everyone is on time so we can get the party started as scheduled.

There is free parking at the venue.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is formal.
Question
Can we take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that this be an unplugged ceremony, meaning that we would appreciate if guests would not use their cell phone for photos and other business during our ceremony. We have a lovely photographer who will be taking amazing photos!
Question
Oh no! I RSVP'd but can no longer make it. What should I do?
Answer
As much as we are bummed to hear you can't make it, please text us to let us know so we can update our headcount. (any no-shows after 14 days prior to the wedding, 10/12/23, will still be paid for, so please try your best to let us know BEFORE then :) )

Can I bring a date?
Answer
In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Can I bring my kid(s)?
Answer
While we love all your children, we have decided to limit the children in attendance to only immediate family and the wedding party only. Think of it as a great opportunity for a date night out (plus free drinks :) )

What if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
Our venue is more than willing to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Make a note in your RSVP or just let us know, and we will make sure they are aware.

Where do you recommend I stay?
Answer
We have a room block set up at the Courtyard by Marriott Novato Marin/Sonoma, located at 1400 Hamilton Pkwy, Novato, CA 94949. The StoneTree Estate venue is an 8 minute drive from this hotel, and is also the hotel the bridal party will be staying at. There are also several other hotels within a 15 minute distance to chose from. Book your room sooner rather than later so you are guaranteed a spot! Will there be food/drinks?
Answer
YES! It will be a buffet style arrangement with multiple options to choose from. Again, if you have dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance! ☺️ There will also be a full open bar throughout the duration of our event.
Question
Since the venue is at a golf course, do guests get access to golfing?
Answer
YES! The venue offers a $25 off discount if more than 12 players book a round. This includes golf carts/drive range access. We also get special booking access to ensure there will be a perfect tee time.
