It started freshmen year in high school. On the first day of school waiting for the doors to open, Stephen approached me saying “ You’re going to my girlfriend by the end of this year”. All I could do was laugh like he seems very confident but okay. Everyday he would find me and we would spend time together getting closer and closer. From walking me to class or walking me home started to become a daily routine. I’m like “Oh your girl really catching feelings for him lol”. I finally express my feelings letting him know I like him like him. He was happy and we ended up having our first kiss together. On my birthday he told me he had a gift and I was confused because I never really asked for anything. But he told me that I would get after class, I was so excited I couldn’t wait for class to be over. The bell ring, he grabbed my hand and brought us to a private area where we could be alone. The best gift was when he officially asked me to become his girlfriend, I got emotional and hugged him saying “ Thank for making my birthday so special”. From graduation, college and all the ups and downs we still remain together growing 13 years strong. December 26,2023 he proposed to me during our Christmas photo, was the happiest moment of my life. Finally a Fiancé soon to be wife lol. On November 9, 2024 I surprise him on his birthday with his engagement ring, he was not expecting that. But was very happy, I had to let him know he ain’t got to worry cause I always got him. He is my person and I am his, nothing is ever going to change that.
