We would love for our guests to arrive from 4:00 - 4:45 PM

The dress code for the wedding is garden party formal

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the wedding and reception will be held outdoors. There will be a tent with seating for the reception

Where should I stay? Do you have hotel recommendations ions?

Please refer to the travel section of this website for our recommended hotel details. Additional hotels and airbnb’s can be booked.

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?
Answer
No, transportation will not be provided. Please plan in advance on transportation needs as ride sharing may be difficult due to the location of the wedding

Yes! There will be multiple locations to park onsite at the venue

Are there any nearby airports?
Answer
Grand Rapids International (GRR) is the closest international airport to the venue. The airport is approximately 50 minutes away from the venue

Please RSVP to the wedding by June 1, 2025

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We love celebrating with all of our favorite people, but due to seating and meal arrangements, we are only able to accommodate guests who are listed on the invitation. If a plus one was included on your invite, their name (or “plus one”) will be indicated on your RSVP details. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Due to liability reasons, the venue does not safely accommodate children. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun night out with us! If you need recommendations for local childcare services, we are more than willing to help

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
Please indicate any dietary restrictions when you submit your RSVP and we will do everything we can to accommodate!

What happens if I can’t attend?
Answer
While we would love for each and every one of you to celebrate with us, we understand fully if you are unable to make it. Please let us know when submitting your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We will be celebrating with an open bar, so come ready to raise a glass with us! Please drink responsibly and plan for a safe ride at the end of the night.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that all guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present in the moment, and we’ve hired a professional photographer to capture it all! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like and share in the celebration. We appreciate your understanding!

Will there be dancing?
Answer
Absolutely! We’ll have a DJ keeping the party going late into the night, and we’d love for you to join us on the dance floor. So bring your best moves and get ready to celebrate with us!
