IMPORTANT FYI: For those staying at Morongo the night of the wedding...

Since the wedding begins at 4 p.m. on Friday evening and check in is typically 4 p.m., here's what customer service at Morongo recommends: Guests can always request an early check-in at the time of reserving but it’s not a request we can guarantee. They are also welcome to show up as early as 8am to pre-register at the front desk. This will put them in line for the next available room. It notifies our housekeepers that someone is waiting for that room. Please keep in mind that our hotel guests from the previous night do not check-out until 11am, so that will delay our housekeepers in cleaning vacant rooms very early. I would suggest for anyone who does not want to risk their room not being ready early, to reserve their room for Thursday night as well. This way they will already be checked-in and able to get ready as they please.

If you're invitation includes "and guest" then yes, if not, we prefer it just be you.

Will we be served dinner during the reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be a full buffet and plenty of food for everyone.

Do I need to bring cash?

Answer

The reception will be a hosted open bar, we will be offering beer, wine and three specialty cocktails. Though the drinks are hosted, the bartender does accept and appreciate cash tips, though not required.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

No, they require that all vehicles and belongings leave the property at the end of the evening.

What time does the wedding start and end?

The entire wedding will run from 4-10 p.m. on Friday, October 18, 2019.

Will there be a shuttle service after the wedding?

Answer

At this point, transportation back to the hotel(s) will be the responsibility of each guest, however, we are looking into shuttle options, so please check back! In the event we do have a shuttle, but you do not wish to use, we kindly ask that everyone plans ahead, especially if you are partaking in any alcoholic beverages. Uber and Lyft are both options but might be difficult or timely to secure—please note that the venue is a little further off the beaten path, so any taxi's or ride sharing providers should be planned for in advance.

What is the nearest airport if we are flying?

Where is the best place to stay the night before the wedding?

Answer

Holiday Inn Express & Suites is the closest hotel to the venue (7 miles). Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is also one of the closest options with more activities for those who are staying for the weekend. It's 17 miles from the venue. Please keep in mind every guest of the wedding is invited to join us on the casino floor of Morongo immediately following the reception.
