First Date: 5-30-2017 Akram asked Claire to be his Girlfriend: 6-16-2017 Akram asked Claire to be his Wife: 2-9-2020 Looked at wedding venues: 3-7-2020 The entire world shut down due to Covid-19: 3-13-2020 Married in Faith Zoom Nikkah: 6-6-2020 Married Legally (also Zoom): 7-28-2020 Original Wedding Celebration Date: 5-30-2021 Rescheduled and Canceled "Wedding" Date: 5-21-2022 We have decided to cancel our large wedding celebration in May 2022. We will be having a small vow renewal with our immediate families to capture photos and renew our commitment to each other before spending two weeks in Costa Rica. We are incredibly thankful to have so many wonderful friends and family that wish to celebrate with us.
