Our paths have been crossing for nearly a decade, from going to the same highschool, having the same friends & even having mutual friends suggest we may like one another. The universe just kept failing at getting our paths to collide. That is until Feb. Of 2013 when we both viewed each others profile online. We texted for about a week before meeting face to face. We talked smack, and made fun of eachother, went camping with our kids, offered advice and comfort for one another, ultimately being eachothers bestfriend. In Sept, on a crisp Friday the 13th, we admitted our deeper feelings for one another and made it exclusive. The universe had had enough of our shenanigans and decided we would be bound for life! 😂 Weeks later and we found out we were expecting. Our families were blending ❤ April 5th 2014, Bobby organized and pulled off the best surprise! For a week he had been planning behind the scenes with family and went ring shopping. He proposed, surrounded by friends & family, on the dock at North Cove. It was sprinkling and the dock was lined with purple glowsticks and tea lights while Bestfriend by Tim McGraw played in the back ground. Its been a 6+ year year engagement, we've had our trials and always make it back. We are expecting our 2nd "ours" baby, our 5th child all together Nov. 2020, & can't wait to have all our wonderful children be a part of or ceremony. It's very much about them as it is about us ❤ Shayla, Nathan, Caitlynne, Harlow & (soon) Scarlette ❤ Our family is beautiful and resilient and we are so excited to finally be The Crootes August 6thst 2021
