Do I need to reschedule my hotel block room if I already booked?

Answer

We have made our best attempts to transfer all existing rooms booked through the Best Western hotel block, but given the multiple date changes, please contact the Best Western to confirm your needs will be met.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE OR MY KIDS?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest(s),” then yes, if not, we prefer that it is just you. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this may have changed since you first received your invitation. If you have any questions, please feel free to double check with us!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Dress code is formal. Dark suiting preferred for men and long or cocktail dresses preferred for women. Please keep in mind, the ceremony location is outdoors so stilettos are not recommended.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Please aim to be at the Ceremony location at least 10 minutes early. The venue is in the woods where you may lose cell signal and have to drive on some narrow roads.
