It all started with a chicken sandwich... The couple met while dining separately at a restaurant over looking the Durham Bulls Stadium. Minnie was enjoying an enormous chicken sandwich when Chris approached her table. He had been observing her since he walked in and told her that she was stunning, proceeded to ask if she was married, then asked for her number so that he could take her out for lunch. This bold approach definitely made an impression because the couple had lunch at a sushi restaurant the next week.
