When and where is the wedding?

Our ceremony will take place on SUNDAY July 26, 2026 at The Whitehall Mansion located in Brockport, NY. The ceremony begins at 4:00p with cocktails and dinner to follow.

Summer Garden Formal Attire: Wear summery colors, sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 15, 2026. If we do not receive your reply by then we will be marking, you down as not attending as we need to provide a final count to our vendors.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, we are keeping our wedding an adults-only celebration (except immediate family).

What hotels are around the area?

Answer

There are two main hotels located in Brockport that are a short distance away from the venue. You will find all 5 hotels listed under the "Travel" section of our website.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to get seated before the ceremony begins. Ceremony will start promptly at 4p!

Will transportation be provided?

No, but Uber & Lyft does service this area!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation includes "and guest," then yes! Otherwise, we are keeping our guest list intimate and unfortunately we’re unable to accommodate additional guests. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Unfortunately, our venue does not allow cars to be parked overnight, but if you choose to car pool someone can be the Designated Driver!

i have dietary restrictions/allergies, what is the best way to let you know?

When you RSVP there will be the option to note any allergies/dietary restrictions that you may have.

What type of shoes should I wear?

Answer

Ceremony will be held in a grassy area, so please keep this in mind when deciding what shoes to wear!

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Smoking is only allowed outside in designated areas & must be disposed in the proper disposal containers provided.
