What time should I arrive? What's the schedule of events?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 5 PM. We recommend arriving 30-60 minutes prior to ensure your parking spot and get situated. 5:00 PM – Ceremony Begins Guests are seated Processional begins Ceremony Approx 5:45 PM – Cocktail Hour (Time TBD, begins immediately after ceremony) Guests enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres Wedding party & family photos 6:30 PM – Grand Entrance & First Dances Couple makes grand entrance First dance as newlyweds Optional Parent dances (Father-Daughter & Mother-Son) 6:45 PM – Buffet-style Dinner & Toasts 7:45 PM – Dance Floor Opens 8:30 PM – Cake Cutting & Coffee Station Opens 10:00 PM – Grand Exit & Farewell

What is the dress code? What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Cocktail, with formal and black tie as optional. For sample dress code guidelines, go here: https://www.theknot.com/content/wedding-guest-attire-cheat-sheet The wedding colors are blue (navy, royal, and baby blue), royal purple, and sparkly silver. Think galaxy themed!

Is the event indoor our outdoor?

Answer

Both! If weather allows, the ceremony will be held outside with cocktail and reception occurring inside. Event will be moved fully inside if it rains.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Guests are invited to book to the "Lorenzo Moss Wedding" block at the Hilton Garden Inn-Hamilton - a short 17-minute drive to the venue. There are 20 rooms available on a first-come first-book basis. You must book by September 19, 2025 to reap the discount. BOOKING OPTIONS: 1. Parking is directly in front of the venue - no far walks or anything. You can't miss it!

What food will be served? Is it plated or buffet-style?

Dinner will be served buffet-style, and offer a range of meat and meat-free options! No need to pre-determine your food choice with us as all will be available to try. We chose a range of Puerto Rican and Italian-inspired foods and desserts to share our home with you. Expect to enjoy: - Caesar salad - Maduros (fried plantains) - Swedish meatballs - Bacon-wrapped scallops - Sauteed chicken with parsnips, apples, and sherry pan sauce - Top round beef - Chicken alfredo - Arroz con gandulez - Rosemary garlic vegetable medley - Assorted cheesecakes - BonBons - Tres leches cake ...and more!

Answer

We will have an unplugged ceremony with no cameras or phones to limit pressure. However, the reception and cocktail hour are fair game. Have at it!
