Where is the wedding?
Answer

How do we get to Northbrook Park Wedding Venue?
Answer
Northbrook Park Wedding Venue can be reached in the following ways: 1. By Train from London. You can get a train from London to either Guildford or Farnham Station. We suggest you pre-book a taxi to pick you up from the station once you arrive. Guildford is a 25 minute drive from our venue. Farnham is an 8 minute drive from our venue. 2. By Car. Northbrook Park Wedding Venue is located just off the A31. There's plenty of free car parking space on site.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by 1st March 2025. If you have not RSVP'd by then, we'll assume you won't be joining us.

If they've been named on your invitation, they're more than welcome to join.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately we're restricted on numbers and can only accommodate individuals on the guest list. Please contact Meera/Aaron if you have any questions on +1s

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Some events will be indoors, and some outdoors. We will move everything indoors incase of bad weather.

What should I wear?
Answer
We've put a dress code together, you can view that on the "dress code" section on our website. A brief summary is below. Thursday night - Summer dresses, chinos, casual suits. We suggest bringing cardigans or jackets for the evening. No colour scheme. Friday morning - Please wear traditional Indian attire. Pastels or light colours, but please avoid white, ivory and creams. Friday evening - Black tie. No colour scheme

Where should I park?
Answer
There is plenty of free parking on site. You will be required to move your car out of the main car park by 10am on Saturday morning. If you're joining us for breakfast, you should drive your car around to The Mimosa Cottage and park there.

Is it okay to take photos during the wedding day?
Answer

Is there a gifts registry?
Answer
Your presence is enough of a present to us! For anyone wishing to give us gifts, we kindly request no boxed gifts or jewelry. If you did wish to send us a small contribution towards our honeymoon, you can find our joint bank details below: Meera Mawkin or Aaron Merai 04-00-04 62150350

If we're not allocated a room on-site, where can we stay?

Rooms onsite have been reserved for family, groomsmen & bridesmaids. However, there are plenty of great hotels nearby. 1. Farnham House Hotel. www.farnhamhousehotel.com 2. Bush Hotel Farnham. www.farnhambush.com 3. Premier Inn Farnham.

Can we stay onsite?
Answer
Onsite accommodation has been reserved for family, groomsmen & bridesmaids. You would have already been contacted if you have a room reserved. If you have not been contacted, please assume you will need to book alternative accommodation nearby.

Are dogs allowed onsite?
Answer
Dogs are allowed in the AirBNBs, but are not on the main venue grounds. Dogs are not allowed in any Mews.

Yes, there will be an open bar on Thursday and Friday.
