Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to limited venue space, we can only accommodate children from our immediate families (nieces, nephews, and cousins). If you have a special circumstance, please reach out to the bride or groom.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire. Suit jackets and dresses are perfect for the occasion.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, and the reception will be held under a tent outside.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00PM, so we kindly ask guests to arrive by 3:30PM to allow time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the festivities begin. If you don't arrive by 3:50PM, there is a chance you won't be able to see the ceremony.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We want all of our guests to enjoy the celebration comfortably! If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs with the catering team.

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

We won't be providing shuttles or group transportation, so please plan to arrange your own travel to and from the venue. Parking will be available on-site. The ceremony and reception is located at the same venue, however, the ceremony is planned to be at the top of the mountain which is 1 mile up the hill. There is a parking lot for both the ceremony and reception. The ceremony parking is limited to 65 spots. Therefore, if you are able to car pool, please plan to do so.

Dinner will be served buffet-style, with a variety of options for guests to enjoy.
