Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Arriving 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time will help you settle in comfortably, and our venue will be happy to assist with any mobility needs during that time.

Where do I park and is it free?

Answer

Yes, parking is free. When you turn in from the road, the venue is located on the 2nd exit of the roundabout, the gate will be open. You will go down the hill and there will be a parking lot greeter in the 2nd roundabout by the clubhouse. You will drive passed them and park in the parking lot you will see once you drive passed. There are 3 rows as well as a side row, all parking spots are available to you/your guests. After parking you’ll walk back to the parking lot greeter whole will help direct you to ceremony site as well as the various signs on the property.

Are Children Invited?

Your children are welcome to attend, but we hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a relaxing evening with us!

What will children be served at the reception?

Answer

All children between 3-12 years old will be served pizza at the reception! Our venue will not be providing separate meals for babies or infants (2 years and under). You’re welcome to bring any snacks or food they may need. Adults to choose between steak, salmon, or vegetarian.

Can I change my dinner choice last minute?

Answer

We’d love to accommodate any changes, but unfortunately, once your RSVP is submitted to our venue, your dinner selection is final.

Is the ceremony and reception outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors while the reception will take place indoors.

Could you give me examples of formal wear?

Answer

For the ladies: Floor-length gown, midi dress, or elegant cocktail dress in luxe fabrics (silk, satin, chiffon, crepe) Dressy separates (e.g., silk blouse + formal skirt) Closed-toe or open-toe heels, wedges, or polished flats Jewelry: Elegant but not flashy; pearl or diamond accents work well For the gents: Dark, well-tailored suit — navy, charcoal, or black White or light-colored dress shirt Silk tie in a solid color or subtle pattern (seasonal tones work well—navy, burgundy, sage, deep gold) Black or dark brown leather dress shoes (Oxfords, Derbies, or wholecut) Polished accessories — pocket square, belt matching shoes, understated watch
