We met online and decided to have a quick lunch date before we even really had a full conversation. Well, we spent 4 hours at our first lunch together just talking and getting to know one another. We had spent so much time just sitting there and talking that we had a different waitress by the time we left. Neither one of us really thought we would make it this far but we are both so happy we did. We are best friends and love-birds all rolled into one wonderful relationship.

Mike had actually the whole thing planned out really well. Crystal was very surprised and she had absolutely no clue it was coming (even though she usually reads him like a book). He proposed on Halloween while we both were completely decked out in our Halloween costumes. We both had a running joke that he would propose with a hose clamp and that is exactly what he did. He had taken a mini pumpkin and carved it into a jack-o-lantern and put the bejeweled hose clamp in it. She was so unaware of what was going on that she didn't even realize what was happening until he was on one knee. She immediately said yes (even though he was so nervous he didn't hear it the first time).
