Hey everyone! I’m Medjie's little sister, Aliyah, and I’ve known Medjie for 18 long years! 😭 She has always been there to support, discipline, and guide me in the right direction. Although she can be an annoying older sister who tries to boss me around, she is also one of the people I look up to the most. I met Djackens when I was 7 years old, and back then, I would run away whenever I saw him—honestly, I’m not sure why; I was just shy. During COVID, Djackens spent a lot of time at our house, so I had no choice but to start talking to him. As I got to know him, I realized how funny and smart he is. He has become like an older brother to me, always encouraging me to do well in school and teaching me how to win bets and make some money.

I know Medjie because we went to school with each other starting in 1st grade . I had left St.Angelas but then returned and we reconnected during middle school. However, we have been friends since then and of course she started dating Dj and the rest was history!

When Medjie first introduced her college friends to DJ you could tell right away he did not play about her . Seeing them grow together as a couple is a beautiful reminder of what real love looks like.

My older brother is one of the kindest people I know. He’s always there for others, always trying to help, even when it’s not easy for him. Growing up with him, I can honestly say he’s been the best brother anyone could ask for—steady, supportive, and honestly just himself. Seeing him with Medjie has been incredible. They’re such a perfect match. She brings out the best in him, and together, they’ve created this beautiful family. I’ll forever be grateful to them for giving me two amazing nieces who have already brought so much joy into our lives. Watching them build their life together has been such a blessing, and I’m beyond excited for the future they’re creating.

I met her partner Djackens in the year of 2021 he was really nice and he seemed really quiet at first however once I got to know him he was a whole vibe very fun person to be around especially when it came too music he’s so overprotective sometimes it’s funny to me but he’s really sweet

Faith came upon us and created us to become blood-related. Watching my older brother, Djackens maturing and working hard for a loving family has shown how inspiring and motivated he is. I’ve always looked up to him and he always got a speech for me but I am grateful to have a caring older brother. I remember the days when a DJ would always say “when I move out, yall not going in my room” and now you have your own home and family, this is what I call ambitious! We may fight and argue but I will always remember the lessons you’ve taught me! Djackens thank you for gifting me, us, your perfect daughters who will always be loved and soon my nephews/son will be here. The first time I met Medjie I quite frankly was nervous and over protective of Dj so I did not want to see her because damn she’s pretty and Dj won her heart. As the years go by certainly Medjie has become a sister for me. Medjie fits well with the family with her weird laugh. I will always cherish the memories we share. The endless conversations we share and funny moments we’ve created. I am very grateful my nieces are very adorable and just very perfect for the Us, the CELESTINS.

From listening to ‘Dreams n Nightmare’ on his blackberry, attending Urban Scholars, meeting Medjie to watching him graduate in Engineering, becoming a dad and buying a house. As we celebrate milestones and successes, may our friendship strengthen and be perpetual.

I met DJ in college, and what a journey it has been! At the time, he was a civil engineering major, and I was struggling with electrical engineering. I couldn’t help but tease him about his major, but little did I know that he would soon become my inspiration. With his encouragement, I switched to civil engineering, and I can proudly say that I’m now a civil engineer because of him! Those late-night study sessions and shared struggles truly strengthened our bond. We became more than just friends; I genuinely consider him like a brother. Through DJ, I also met Medjie, and watching their love blossom has been a beautiful experience. They are truly meant for each other, and I couldn't be happier for them!

Djackens and I met in the 8th grade when I first got to TechBoston. We became friends and the rest was history. We always had friendly competitions when it came to who’s going to have the higher GPA, playing basketball on the court, or playing a game of 2k. He’s always been a reliable friend. Ever since he started dating Medjie I saw a different fire in his eyes that made him more motivated to be successful and reach all his goals. Watching him grow has always inspired me and motivated me to also do better. I can’t wait to see what else he accomplishes and what the future holds for him and his family.

Knew Dj as the quiet kid who never talked back in 8th grade and by 9th grade we were hanging out through our mutual friends and it has continued for years. From basketball in the gym to walking down to ashmont after school watched him grow up almost everyday until graduation. He’s always lowkey resented me for getting more hoes than him in highschool idk why but bro definitely let it turn into competition with everything else in life, causing him to do lil weird shit here and there but I know he doesn’t have ill intent behind it. Always heard the name Medjie but didn’t meet her until senior year and she’s been by his side ever since. I know I can count on him to get some money and make things happen by any means. One of the most generously impatient people I know, and I know that quality will drive him to success.
