They met six years ago working at Mission Viejo Country Club bussing tables together. After months of long hours together at work, Jackson expressed his feelings and that’s when things took off. They started dating three weeks before Eva left for college in Monterey Bay. After a few months up north, Eva decided she wanted to be closer to Jackson and moved back home, where they’ve been inseparable since.

Jackson proposed to Eva the day they landed in Maui for a family vacation on 11/11/22 in Kapalua Bay, one of Jackson’s favorite spots in the whole world. They spent their week in Maui celebrating!
