Travel Note
The venue is at the base of Three Rivers so you will not need to pay a national park entrance free. However, during the weekend if you would like to explore the Sequoia National Park, you will need to pay an entrance fee of 35$ per vehicle. The park has three main entrances. Please enter through the main entrance, Ash Mountain which heads into the town Three Rivers.
Travel Note
There are no gas stations within park boundaries, though there are limited, seasonal stations on nearby national forest lands. Electric vehicle charging stations may be available near the parks.
Travel Note
We booked a group site (10 tents, 25 people max) for whoever would like to camp with us! Please let us know if you would like to camp, so we can reserve a spot for you on our campsite for 20$ for the whole stay! (may 9-14) If we get to the maximum amount of people and there aren't any more spots left in the site we have booked, please book your own site on the website below and make sure it is in "Dry Camping in Oak Meadow - sites 14-21, 56, or T1-T6" This campground is nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills and is only a 6 minute drive from the venue and only 8 miles from the entrance of Sequoia National Park. Sequoia RV Ranch offers fun and relaxing camping in a breathtaking natural setting. It is along the Kaweah River and there is even a swimming hole on site and also minutes away from the Three Rivers Village!
House Or Rental
We also recommend staying in an Airbnb during your stay. Whether you want a rustic cabin or luxurious riverfront house, Airbnb has so many great amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Their housing options can accommodate for big groups or small if you just want to keep it cozy with your plus one!
Hotel
The link below under "view" show some lodging options that are about a 3-10 minute drive from the venue. They all vary depending if you want something like a cute quiet cottage nestled along the mountains to a spacious private suite on the river. There is also Buckeye Tree Lodge (https://www.buckeyetreelodge.com/). Their cabins are beautiful and range from 2-8 people max.
