Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation says “and guest,” then yes! Otherwise, we’d love to celebrate with you.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Black-Tie-Optional Attire. Just come ready to celebrate and look cute! We can’t wait to see you all dressed up!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love our little ones, but our wedding will be adults only. We hope you enjoy a night out!! (Kids are welcome to attend the Ceremony portion at St. Alexander’s Church.)

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony: Please arrive by 2:45pm, start time at 3pm. Reception: Please arrive at 5:30pm.

Question

Is Chicago Gaelic Park accessible?

Answer

Yes! The ramp through The Carraig entrance allows access to the whole building. There is an elevator for events that take place upstairs.

Question

Is there parking at the reception?

Answer

Chicago Gaelic Park offers extensive free parking, both in a designated lot and on the surrounding streets. The park is located in Oak Forest, on 147th Street between Central and Ridgeland, making it easily accessible. There are ample parking spaces, including those accessible for wheelchairs.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! It will be an open bar all night, and will only be closed for one hour during dinner. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!
