Do I have a +1 or can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you! Please be considerate of our guest list and our venue's maximum capacity, and reach out to us prior to the wedding if you have any questions.

Are my children invited?

Answer

While we absolutely love your littles, we want our wedding to be your night off! Book a babysitter and consider this a night or weekend getaway! *There will only be children that are immediately related to us attending.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. On the dress code scale, formal attire is slightly more elevated than cocktail attire and a touch less dressy than a black-tie nuptial. Dresses, jumpsuits, suits and tuxedos are appropriate. Our venue has indoor and outdoor capability. Depending on weather, we are hoping our Ceremony and Cocktail Hour can be outdoors. Please dress accordingly for that specific day.

Do you have a hotel recommendation?

Answer

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Courtyard Marriott Devon from October 14th-16th, 2023. Please visit our Travel & Accommodations page which has the link which will take you directly to the page for block discount booking.

Can I bring my pet to the hotel?

Answer

Yes! The Courtyard Marriott Devon is pet friendly! If you would like to bring your furry family members they charge a $100 non refundable fee. Just be sure to let the hotel know in advance as only certain rooms are pet friendly. We have also hired Brittany's Pet Service, LLC. to be onsite at the hotel to help us care for our pets on wedding day! It's a long day for them to be hanging in the room alone. Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the Ceremony?

Answer

The shuttle will be making trips from The Courtyard Marriott Devon to Terrain Gardens starting at 3:00PM. Keep in mind, the venue is only five minutes away from the hotel so the trips will be quick. The shuttle will then be making trips from Terrain Gardens back to The Courtyard Marriott Devon starting at 9PM If any guest would like to attend the after party at The Courtyard Marriott Devon and they would like to leave their car at Terrain Gardens, you can utilize the shuttle. Cars are permitted to be left in Terrain Garden's parking lot overnight. Lyft and Uber should be available to get back to your car in the morning!

What time should I arrive at the Ceremony?

Answer

3:30PM. If you arrive extra early, feel free to explore the complex. Devon Yard is adjacent to the bespoke dining and retail experiences from Amis Trattoria, Pizzeria Vetri, Terrain Cafe, Anthropologie, BHLDN and Terrain.

Can I take photos or videos with my phone, personal camera, tablet, etc. during the Ceremony?

Answer

No, the Ceremony will be completely UNPLUGGED! We have invested in professionals (Kylie & Kyler) to document these special moments for us. We politely ask that phones/cameras be put away during the Ceremony to ensure that our photographer can get some unobstructed shots. The Ceremony being unplugged is so important to us, that we ask if someone sitting near you has a phone/camera out you kindly remind them to put it away. Once the Ceremony ends, you are more then welcome to take photos and videos throughout the night! We encourage it!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, of course! Our meals will be served family style at the tables so that everyone can get to taste a little bit of everything! If you have any sort of allergies, please let us know immediately so we can accommodate.

Will I need cash for the bar?

Answer

No! Drinks are on us, but feel free to tip our hardworking bartenders if they go above and beyond.
