How We Met
Luis and Ruth met while attending CSU Stan. They were first introduced in 2011 thanks to being involved in clubs on campus. They were friends for awhile before they started developing feelings for each other. In 2013 Luis asked Ruth to be his girlfriend and she said yes!
The Proposal
On November 18th, 2019 Luis finally worked up the courage to ask Ruth the big question. With the help from Ruth’s brother he was able to plan a special surprise. Ruth was spending the day with her mom and brother in Santa Cruz but little did she know Luis would be waiting for her at the beach. Overlooking a beach sunset Luis surprised Ruth with a picnic and ring.
