While their love story really began with two swipes right on Bumble, it actually began as two kids (and later teenagers) running around the Bay Club. They both grew up attending Camp Bay Club and eventually becoming Bay Club staff members and frequenting the many infamous staff parties together. Meaghan remembers the cute boy in the Yankee hat, and Kevin remembers the blonde lifeguard on the guard stand. Growing up there were a few Facebook messages back and forth and an exchange of cell phone numbers in 2014. Throughout 2014 and 2015, Kevin asked Meaghan out a few times (what took her so long to say yes?); but thank goodness for Bumble because Meaghan finally had to ask him out. After they matched on Bumble and Meaghan sent an embarrassed emoji (🙈), Kevin and Meaghan went out on their first date on a Monday in August 2015 at a basement bar in Manhattan. They immediately hit it off talking about their shared upbringings, common interests and laughing and smiling for hours. It's safe to say Meaghan's happy she finally agreed to that date. After their first date on Monday, their second date was Friday and their third was Saturday. They became inseparable pretty quickly, understanding that they were just better together. They moved in together a (little less than a...) year later, where they lived in Chelsea for a year and a half and Williamsburg, Brooklyn for two years. After needing to postpone the original wedding date because of COVID-19, Meaghan and Kevin decided they didn't want to put their life on hold too, so they bought their first home in Huntington, NY. Soon after, they got a new [giant] puppy named Duke! Kevin and Meaghan cannot wait to finally say "I Do" with all of you on November 6, 2021. (And their puppy sons, King Louis and Duke, are very excited for Mom and Dad to finally make it official!)
