When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP online by May 11, 2026 to ensure we will have enough food, favors, and space for you and your families/guests!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal/semi-formal; Please dress for hotter weather. The ceremony will take place outdoors under a pavilion. The reception will be held indoors.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

In Mathis, there are a La Quinta Inn and an OYO Hotel approximately 15 minutes away from the venue. Hotels in Beeville, Calallen, George West, and Corpus Christi are approximately 20-30 minutes from the venue. Due to the number of guests coming from different cities, states, or countries, we will not be reserving a hotel block at any particular hotel.

Is this shindig BYOB?

Answer

No; all alcohol must be purchased through and consumed within the venue. Guests are NOT permitted to bring their own drinks, or to take any drinks outside the venue.

Will you provide childcare?

Answer

Childcare will not be provided at any point during the event. You are responsible for supervising your child(ren) if they are attending our wedding.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We are planning for the ceremony to begin at 4 PM CST. Please arrive no later than 3:30 PM to be seated.

Where should I sit during the ceremony?

Answer

Wherever you want! The first two rows will be reserved for the immediate families of the bride and groom.

Can I record your ceremony?

Answer

We are planning a cellphone-free ceremony; we will have two photographers and a videographer taking care of capturing this special moment and will share the finished products once they are available! Please keep your phones on silent or turned off during the ceremony.

Where should I sit during the reception?

Answer

We will have tables reserved near the sweetheart table for the immediate families of the bride and groom. Guests are welcome to sit wherever they like.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is parking onsite.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please do not bring a date or additional guest without explicit permission from Jonah and Meaghan.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered through our Zola.com wedding website (click "Registry" in the menu above). Gifts are greatly appreciated, but not expected!

Are pets allowed onsite?

Answer

Pets are not allowed at our venue. Bringing a pet will result in a $500 fine and removal of the pet and guest(s) from the premises.
