Matron of Honor
Kimberly is Meaghan's wiser and calmer younger sister, and the other member of the "B Team" (ask her what that means!) She is her oldest and dearest friend, to the shock and surprise of anyone who knew them when they were younger! Kimberly is someone Meaghan looks up to in many ways. It was easy to decide who would stand next to Meaghan at her wedding when she thought about how they had seen each other through many things, both positive and negative. Kimberly is an amazing sister to all of her siblings, and rounds out the 4 Comstock children in the best way. It is truly an honor to have her as matron of honor at our wedding!
DeAnna Nahmani-Comstock
Bridesmaid
DeAnna is Meaghan's older sister, mentor for many years, and the person she has looked up to since becoming the "happy accident". DeAnna let Meaghan follow her around with all of her friends for years, and then became an even bigger role model when she joined the Army. They relied on each other when drowning in the misery of Virginia, and in many ways, DeAnna saved Meaghan when she let her crash at her house. DeAnna showed Meaghan what bravery looks like, and continues to do that!
Selena Hayter
Bridesmaid
Selena and Meaghan met in middle school and have been inseparable ever since. They are going on 20 years of friendship. Their bond has always been strong, and the countless bagel and beach trips they went on only helped solidify that bond. The time that didn't happen was especially bond-forming along with all of the drive-bys and Taco Bell runs. In any great duo, there is the quiet and observant friend and the loud weird one. You can decide who is who in this friendship! Despite moving away and living life, they have always and will always stay close. Some sisters are not biological!
Alina Ronca
Bridesmaid
Alina is Meaghan's first teacher friend and then teaching partner. They became trauma bonded thanks to their half year (which counts as a whole year), and have been friends ever since! Alina is practical, smart, and calm; everything Meaghan is not, which made them the perfect duo when co-teaching. Alina helped Meaghan through the first and toughest years of teaching, and helped her run Spa 40 in her classroom! Through all of the ups and downs of being new teachers, Alina was there and always a friend. Alina and Meaghan also lived together while they co-taught which might have driven some people insane, but they had a fun time, watching TV shows and then convening to talk about them in the living room. Alina's amazing friendship will always be one of the best things to come of teaching.
Carrie Carr
Bridesmaid
Carrie was Meaghan's second teaching partner. Their wild energy made them the infamous team. The day Carrie came to Jones Dairy Elementary, with her thick Massachusetts accent and no nonsense teaching style, Meaghan knew they would be close. Carrie is loud and fun while still being one of the best teachers that Meaghan has ever seen and worked with. The pure chaos that they inflicted on those around them at JDE will forever be the stuff of legend. Carrie is extremely kind and thoughtful of everyone around her. Through hours of working together they became close friends, and though they no longer work together, the bond is still strong, and they are still crazy together!
Christopher Comstock
Officiant
Christopher is the oldest Comstock child and the survivor of three younger sisters. After this wedding, he will have been the officiant at all of his sister's weddings. Christopher has always been a role model for Meaghan, and his gentle kindness and humor have helped shape her into who she is today. Even though there is an 11 year age gap, Chris always made time for all of his sisters. He is the glue for his sisters, and his sense of humor means that there will never be a dull moment. Anyone who has had the privilege of meeting Chris knows that he is a true gem of a human. Anyone who is his younger sister knows to stay very far from him with a Sprite bottle! Meaghan and Geoffrey are so honored and excited that he agreed to officiate their wedding!
Matthew Travagline
Best Man
Shout out to the guy who has been along for the longest ride. The original gaming partner back in the days of N64 is ready to return best man duties for the older brother who got to watch him find his love and marry her. While distance may keep these two apart, anytime they are together it's as though no time has passed at all. Matt is the one Geoff has always looked up to, which is quite odd as Matt is the younger, but it speaks volumes to the quality of his best man.
Bradley Emerson
Groomsman
Outside of his brother, Brad is the one who has known Geoff the longest. Brad is also Geoff's closest and best friend. Brad and Geoff grew up together, not in New York, but over video games. They have been gaming partners since middle school and have not stopped yet. Even when life makes gaming difficult to find the time, these two can reconnect on a dime and truly are inseparable. Geoff is beyond grateful for the companionship and honesty he has had with Brad over the years and cannot wait for the next chapters.
Eddie Fitzgerald
Groomsman
If you know Geoff, you know his hobby is powerlifting, but did you know there has been a wizard making the spells to perform powerlifting in the background? Eddie is that man. Not only does Eddie moonlight as a dietician helping Geoff and Meaghan prep for competitions and make healthy lifestyle choices, but he is one of Geoff's closest confidants. Eddie is the type of man who is willing to give everything he has to help those around him and Geoff knows for certain he would not be where he is today without Eddie's wisdom, guidance, and friendship.
Malachi Wade
Groomsman
Malachi and Geoff met when they were classroom neighbors. Geoffrey says, and I quote, "He is the best neighbor a guy could ask for." But more than that, Wade helped teach Geoff how to be the teacher he is today. Wade was the first person at Leesville to reach out and share advice, solve problems, offer a room to crash in, and just be there for him. There will never be a day when Geoff is not grateful for the guidance and friendship and he is honored that Wade would join him as a groomsman on this important day.
Bradley Soto
Groomsman
Bradley Soto--the new guy. Brad is Geoff's training partner in the gym and is the one who brought him back to form in the summer of 2025 when Geoff thought about dropping powerlifting. The relationship these two have is electric and whenever they are together, something is bound to happen. Geoff is beyond grateful for ending up at Red Dog, meeting Brad, training (and competing) with him, and rewinding it all to do it again!
