When should I RSVP by?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

At Blessed Sacrament, the parking lot is located behind the church. From Central Avenue, turn onto Colby Street and take a right at the first stop light to reach the parking lot. There is a handicap-accessible entrance located behind the church that is attached to the parking lot. The main entrance to the church is located on Central Avenue. At The State Room, park at the parking garage for the Hilton Albany at 40 Lodge Street. Please bring your ticket to be validated when you arrive at The State Room.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors open at 5 p.m. and please arrive no later than 5:20 p.m. Please note that there will be Mass at 4 p.m. that will end around 5 p.m.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black-tie invited. Tuxedos, suits, formal dresses, and cocktail dresses are welcome.

When do I need to book at hotel by?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Hilton Albany. If you are choosing to book with our room block, you will need to reserve your room by June 14.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please call Lisa at The State Room at 518-432-7773 if you have an allergy or dietary restriction to make arrangements for your meal.
