Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 1st using the QR code or link on your invitation. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm, please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to park and find your seat. Please keep in mind that there may be active roadwork at the intersection of route 9 and route 287 :)

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! There is a designated parking lot at our venue that will be reserved for guests.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a best formal or cocktail attire. Wear whatever color you would like, we kindly ask to refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream color attire! Please no jeans, if you chose to wear cowboy boots we ask that they are cleaned and polished. Visit the “Links” tab at the top of the website for further dress code inspiration.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your invitation and when you RSVP, this is an adult only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We are also running a raffle (prize valued at over $300!) to help cover the expense of the alcohol. Please visit the “Links” tab at the top of the website for further details.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest’s name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during the wedding ceremony.

Can I post your big day on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not share any photos or videos on social media of the wedding, that includes stories. Please allow either Meaghan or Brynley to get a chance to do so first.

If I can’t attend, can I still join the virtual ceremony?

Of course! The link to the virtual ceremony will be listed on the ‘Schedule’ page.
