It all began in October 2020, when Cesar started a new job and Meagan was leading onboarding and training for new employees. (Some might call it fate, others might call it perfect timing!) A few weeks later, Cesar mentioned he was planning to go on a 'hike' in Maple Valley and casually asked if Meagan wanted to join — and even invited her to bring her dog, Oliver. Rain or shine, Meagan said yes… and it ended up being a very rainy day. But that didn’t stop them from spending hours talking, laughing, and realizing there was definitely something special between them. From that day on, they were inseparable. A few months later, in January 2021, during a cozy winter visit to Meagan’s parents’ lake house in Eastern Washington, they made things “official” — the place that would become a backdrop for so many memories to come. Fast forward 4½ years and countless adventures — Cesar proposed to Meagan by the water at her parents’ lake house, surrounded by her parents, siblings, sister-in-law, nieces, nephew, and of course, their dog Oliver. What started with a rainy-day 'hike' has turned into the greatest adventure yet, and they can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter with all of their favorite people!
