Reservations for the wedding guest rooms can be made by phone or through our website. To make a reservation by phone: Please call (800)710-0778 or (650)726-9000 and reference the Artardi & Meade Wedding Block. For online reservations: - Go to www.halfmoonbaylodge.com home page. - Scroll over Menu on the top left of the page and select Meetings & Groups. - Scroll down and click on Group Reservations. - A new page will open. Enter your dates of stay and number of guests. - *Please note there is a 2-night minimum on Saturday, August 14, 2021 - Select “Do you have a group code?” and enter code AM0814 and click Search Availability. A credit card will be required to guarantee each reservation. Reservations must be made by June 29, 2021 A 30-day cancellation policy applies to all rooms reserved through the group block. A penalty equal to the first night’s room and tax will apply to reservations that are cancelled inside of the cancellation period.
