Mention our event name: Cordes & McLee Wedding to receive a room in our hotel block at the discounted group rate. PLEASE NOTE: This room block is only for the night of February 21st, 2026. These rooms are available to book at the group rate until January 7th, 2026. We have reserved a handful of rooms at Bear Mountain Inn, and we also have 2 of the stone cottages (6 Queen rooms each). The Stone Cottages are super cozy and perfect for groups! Each cottage is made up of several private rooms that share a common living area. If you’d like to stay in one, we recommend coordinating with family or friends to book rooms in the same cottage so you can enjoy the shared space together. Just a heads up: the cottages aren’t reserved exclusively for our wedding guests, so if some rooms go unbooked after the January 7th deadline, other guests may be placed in the same cottage.
