FAQs

We tried to think of anything and everything you may have a question about, but if something comes up, shoot us an email, chelseagerken@gmail.com and we'll help you out!
Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If they're on the invitation and you'd like them there, we'd love them to dance the night away with us. If not, that's great too, enjoy your evening kid-free. If you need babysitting help, let us know & we can pass along some info on how to make that happen.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than November 1, 2018.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code for wedding day festivities is formal attire but be sure to bring your dancing shoes! Cleveland weather is moody, so check your weather app.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

What is the transportation/parking situation for the wedding day festivities?

Answer

The Hilton hotel is DIRECTLY across the street from the Old Courthouse, so if you're staying at the hotel, no need to drive ANYWHERE that day. There is parking on site at the Old Courthouse if you are not staying at the Hilton. The parking garage is directly behind the Old Courthouse and is free for wedding guests. Uber & Lyft are available in the Cleveland area as well.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know what your food allergies are so we're able to make accommodations with our caterer.

Question

I have a question about wedding festivities, who do I ask?

Answer

Email Chels! chelseagerken@gmail.com

For all the days along the way
