Question

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting we are planning to have the ceremony outside with the cocktail hour and reception taking place inside the venue. Please plan accordingly.

Question

How do I rsvp?

Answer

To RSVP, click on the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Please RSVP before Saturday, September 16, 2023. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at your soonest convenience. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as not attending as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

Question

I wasn't given an option to select my food when I rsvp'd?

Answer

Our venue offers dual plated dinners meaning that all guests will receive both the chicken and the beef option on one plate. Please make the bride and groom aware on your RSVP should you have any food allergies or intolerances.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please make note while you RSVP or contact the bride and groom directly for accommodations.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Our cocktail hour will be open bar, though for the remainder of the reception it will be cash only.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, save for a select few included in the wedding party, we plan for this to be an adults only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation. When you go to RSVP you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or long gowns and a suit and tie.

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Our venue has ample parking for our guests who wish to drive themselves to the venue. Should you find that you've partied a bit too hard, we ask that you take advantage of an Lyft voucher and return for your car the next day - the venue allows guests to leave their vehicles overnight for no charge and no risk of towing. Your safety is our number one concern!

Question

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

In lieu of a shuttle, we will be providing Lyft vouchers for guests looking to travel between the venue and the Holiday Inn Salem NH to give guests the opportunity to travel at their leisure to and from the venue. Directions to use the vouchers will be available on that page.

Question

What should I do if I'm running late?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00 PM, we recommend guests arrive between 4:30-4:45 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinators will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be welcome to the reception so hang tight and we'll see you at cocktail hour!

Question

Isn’t this AAC weekend?

Answer

Sure is! 😂 When we signed the contract we thought the dates were being moved but turns out they couldn’t and at that point neither could ours! Sarah will still be going to the convention that weekend and we look forward to partying with all of you the night before

For all the days along the way
