For our out of town guests our Church & Reception will be located in the town of Valdese, NC. Unfortunately there are no hotels in the town of Valdese. We recommend our guests to stay in the Hickory or Morganton area. The exit off of I 40 close to the Hickory Metro Convention Center is a central location close to interstate and lots of food options. Morganton has 2 options one close off interstate & one more in the heart of downtown Morganton. We did not select a specific hotel for a room block. That way folks had numerous options of where to stay, The hotels listed below are a few options we suggest. This will be about 25 minutes away from the church & reception space.
