We are so excited to share OUR day with you!

Kallie planned a friend photo shoot on April 4th for the two of us while I was down in Soldatna to watch the Fairbanks Ice Dogs play the Kenai Brown Bears. That Saturday morning, Kallie and I spent the morning getting all dolled up with hair, makeup, and outfits for our 10 year friendiversary. Aaron planned on tagging along with us to our photoshoot to spend time with me (which is normal for him to tag along with us to all our shenanigans). Kallie and I took lots of fun photos which captured our friendship very well. The last photo we wanted was each of us would hold a picture frame with our favorite memory of each other, stand back to back, and on the count of 3 turn around and be surprised by what the other person wrote. With eyes closed, Kallie and I stood back to back while the AMAZING photographer (Brittneyrayphotography) captured this moment so perfectly. On the count of 3, I turned around to read "There are so many to choose from... however today is my favorite memory and you don't even know it yet! SURPRISE!" Kallie grabbed my picture frame out of my hands, stepped out of the way to reveal Aaron down on one knee with a ring in his hand. It was so perfect as I had no idea this is what the photoshoot was about! Truly memorable and special!
