You must arrive at Disney's BoardWalk Inn and take our provided transportation to the wedding. A charter has been paid for to take a mini coach bus from BoardWalk into Epcot and through security. Groomsmen, Groom, Tony, and Laura take the first trip at 6:30 am. Bridesmaids, Bride, Allie, and Bennett take the 2nd trip at 6:45 am. At 7:00 am the mini motorcoach will then bring the rest of the guests through security and into Epcot. A photographer will take photos of the wedding party prior to the ceremony. The ceremony then begins at 9:00 am sharp and will only last about 20 minutes. After the ceremony, the photographer will take a few more pictures. The mini motorcoach will then bring everyone to our celebration location. It is at this time that the park will be open and there will be park guests around. Once at the celebration location, we will do a champagne toast, bride & groom first dance, and eat. If anyone has to use the bathroom at this time, a castmember will escort you to the bathrooms that are location within the park and will be also used by park guests. Once our celebration is over, the mini motorcoach will escort everyone out of Epcot and back to the BoardWalk Inn.
