Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal. Ladies should wear gowns or cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels and the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing transportation to and from the Fairfield Inn and Suites as that is where the majority of our guests will be staying. The bus is scheduled to depart at 4:15 PM and will return to the hotel immediately following the reception. For guests not staying at the Fairfield Inn, there is plenty of parking available on-site at the venue

Will there be ubers available in the area?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. There is no Uber, Lyft or taxi service in the area. We have arranged transportation for guests staying in our room block to ensure everyone makes it to and from the wedding.

Will the events take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour are scheduled to be outside, weather permitting. The ceremony will take place on a paved patio. Cocktail hour will take place on a grass lawn, block heels or heel protectors recommended. Reception is taking place in climate controlled pavilion with gorgeous mountain views.
