We met summer of 2020, on a trip to Holden Beach with mutual friends, that I almost didn't go on. Even though we went to Gilbert High School only graduating three years apart, I'll never forget the first question he asked me. "So, where did you go to High School?". Our first conversation was about family, going through photos of them and sharing stories. I was hesitant to go on a date, and he was persistent we go on one. We went on our first date on May 23, 2020. After our second date to the Riverbank Zoo, we both felt so comfortable around each other. I liked him a lot. I was just hoping he felt the same. He says he knew within the first couple months I was the one. After 6 months and an exchange of "I love you" I knew he was the one I wanted to be with forever. Looking back we've had some crazy close interactions without officially meeting. Like having an accidental phone conversation, and sitting beside each other in the yearbook. Now we will soon be husband and wife! We can't wait!
