FAQs

If you have any questions about something we haven't covered, shoot us a text or call. Or feel free to reach out to our families!
Question

Where do we park?

Answer

If you aren't staying at the Atlantic Sands Hotel, there will only be street parking available. Parking meters are in effect from 10AM until midnight. Please remember that only "Head-In" parking is allowed at the meters and they accept quarters only (unless you pay by credit card). Meter rates are $2.00 per hour, payable by quarters, by credit card, or via the Parkmobile App! To use the Parkmobile system, you can register on site for FREE at www.parkmobile.com. Once registered, you can use a mobile app to pay for parking. You can also select the option to receive text message alerts and reminders. **Change machines are available at Rehoboth Avenue & First Street and on the third block of Rehoboth Avenue on the island across from City Hall. Parking meter attendants also carry quarters.**

Question

Are kids invited to the reception?

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and have a good time without having to worry about little eyes and ears we politely request no children. While we love to watch the children run and play, this is an adults only kind of day. Sweet dreams to children under 16. (Infants under 12 months welcome.) We thank you for your understanding.

Question

Is there a fee for the beach?

Answer

NO Fee. Access to Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach is FREE. The state parks, however, charge a small entrance fee.

Question

Are there shower or changing facilities on the beach or boardwalk?

Answer

There are no changing facilities in Rehoboth. There are outdoor rinse-off showers along the boardwalk. You may use these or you can also shower and change at most state park beaches and at the Tower Road facilities, just south of Dewey beach on Route One.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
