How do I RSVP?

Answer

After formal invitations are sent, you will be able to RSVP and make your dinner selections in the RSVP section that will be available on this website. We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 1st. Please note that there is an option available to state any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Are the Ceremony and Reception at the Same Location?

Answer

No. Our ceremony will be held at Clarence First Presbyterian Church in Clarence, NY starting at 3:00pm. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes before the ceremony begins. Our reception will be held at Samuel's Grande Manor in Williamsville, NY. Cocktail hour will begin at 6:00pm in the outdoor garden area in the back of the venue, followed by a formal dinner and dancing inside.

What is the Timeline of the Day?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 3pm at Clarence First Presbyterian Church. Cocktail hour will begin at 6:00pm at Samuel's Grande Manor in the outdoor tented garden area. The tented garden area can be accessed by walking through the side parking lot to the back of the building. Please note there will be time in between the end of the ceremony and the start of the cocktail hour, so please plan accordingly. Following the cocktail hour, a formal dinner and dancing will be held inside.

Can I Take Pictures During the Ceremony?

Answer

The Bride and Groom have decided to have an unplugged ceremony! We kindly ask that our guests put their phones and cameras away during the ceremony to be fully present with us.

Can I Bring a Guest?

Answer

Please refer to your addressed envelope. The names of the individuals we are able to accommodate will be clearly stated. If your invitation is addressed to the family, eg: The McNamara Family, then all members of the immediate family are invited.
