Welcome to Vignamaggio, our wedding venue in the heart of Chianti, about halfway between Florence and Siena, near Greve in Chianti in Chianti.
The estate is surrounded by vineyards, gardens, and rolling hills dotted with small villages, and winding country roads.
Getting There: We recommend flying into Florence (FLR). It’s the closest airport and the easiest option. From Florence, Vignamaggio is about a 45 minute drive. Rome (FCO) is also a great option for international flights; if you want to turn the trip into a mini road-trip, it’s about a 3 hour drive to the estate with plenty of scenic stops along the way.
Getting Around: Vignamaggio is in the countryside, so renting a car is recommended if you’d like to explore wineries, hill towns, and the Chianti countryside. Once on property, transportation will be available between wedding events, so you won’t need to drive during the weekend.
