Not at this time. Our venue has a strict maximum capacity.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We recommend staying in Healdsburg, which is about a 30‑minute drive from the venue. We’ve reserved hotel blocks at Hotel Trio, The Lodge (Tapestry Collection), and the Dry Creek Inn, listed here in descending order of price. For a more budget‑friendly option, the Travel Lodge is also available. All four hotels appear under the “Travel” tab and are located within one block of each other. There are also Airbnb options in the area.

When and where can I catch the shuttle?

Shuttle service will be provided for all guests traveling to and from the venue. Pick‑up from the Dry Creek Inn in Healdsburg will begin at 2:50 PM. Return shuttles will depart from the venue at exactly midnight.

Can I park at the venue?

Yes. You are welcome to drive yourself. Parking will be available.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Please arrive between 3:30 and 3:45pm.

Dinner will be served around 6pm.

Dinner will be a buffet. Please let us know beforehand if you have specific allergies. Your food will be prepared separately. Tell the server at the buffet line about your allergies, and they will bring you your plate.

What time does the reception end?

Midnight. Shuttles will leave back to Healdsburg at 12am sharp.

Where to after the reception?
Answer
For those of you who are still awake when the reception ends at midnight, hop on the shuttle headed for Duke's Spirited Cocktails in Healdsburg to catch a few last drinks with the bride and groom. This bar is about ten-minute walk from the hotels.
